With many thanks to a Robinson Creek Road resident for acting as remote hands, this outage was resolved today at around 5:05PM. All affected subscribers should be operational again. If any affected subscribers have trouble, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Robinson Creek Road is currently closed due to a rock slide and is impassable. Mendocino DOT will be clearing the road at some point and I will make another attempt to get to the site in the morning to repair.
Thanks for your understanding.
This morning a bit after 6AM a relay that serves about a dozen subscribers in the Robinson Creek watershed went down for unknown reasons. I will attempt access to the site this afternoon to diagnose and repair.
Hopeful ETR is 2PM today.
Enjoy the rain!
Tomorrow beginning at 10AM I will be replacing/upgrading equipment at a site that serves subscribers in Hopland and on the South side of McNab Ranch. There will be a few short service interruptions while this work is performed, hopefully none longer than about 10 minutes. The work should be completed by 1PM.
