5:30PM Currently, there’s an intermittent outage on our primary transit providers network that is affecting traffic flows to all of our customers. We have been in conversation with the transit provider since Saturday, January 6 when the issue began presenting itself, and while they are aware of the issue, they are still working with their hardware vendor on a fix. We currently have open tickets with them and will send an update when we have more information.
